CleanSheetSmart is a client-side application that processes all data locally in your web browser. This means:
Your files are never uploaded to any server
All data processing happens on your device
We have no access to your data whatsoever
The application works completely offline

Your spreadsheet data or file contents
Personal information
Usage analytics or tracking data
IP addresses
Cookies (except for storing your license key locally)
3. Local Storage
CleanSheetSmart uses your browser's local storage only to save:
Your license key (if you purchased Pro)
Your language preference
This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us.
4. Third-Party Services
CleanSheetSmart uses the following third-party libraries that are loaded from CDNs:
Papa Parse (CSV parsing)
SheetJS/XLSX (Excel file handling)
Google Fonts (typography)
These libraries process data locally and do not transmit your file contents.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for payment-related data handling.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CleanSheetSmart for personal or commercial purposes. This license allows you to:
Use the software on unlimited devices you own
Use the software for both personal and business purposes
Receive free updates for the lifetime of the product
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Redistribute or resell the software
Share your license key with others
Reverse engineer or modify the software

The free demo version is limited to processing 100 rows and CSV export only. All other features are available to test before purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
